Red HOT homemade Sports Drink…Saves money and better for you.
To replace lost electrolytes
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp. sugar
and mix with 1 litre of water.
Or if you don’t have time to prepare it at home try this.
- 1/3 100% apple juice and 2/3 water
Or
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
To replace sodium/salt
Add a pinch of sea salt to 250ml of water or add to electrolyte drink.
Drink slowly.
